The complete fitness program
which includes before and after
assessments, nutrition plan, one-on-one personal
training, motivational support, program adjustments
along the way, email and phone access to trainer during

Fitness Consultations:
60 minute session to discuss fitness goals
and what it will take to achieve them.
This is a very candid and necessary conversation and
data collection time in order to guide us as
client/trainer to which service will best fit your
needs, and give us the pertinent information
necessary so that I may be able to design a program
specific to you. Also, it allows us as
trainer/client to bond and begin that relationship
in a comfortable setting.
Fitness Assessments:
Fitness evaluation/discussion including
lean to fat ratio utilizing skin fold
calipers, head to toe measurements, recovery heart
rate test, and recommended before/after images
(allow 1 1/2 hours).
Program Design:
A personal fitness program designed to
meet your
fitness goals in the privacy of your own home or gym. A consultation and
assessment are necessary in order to develop this
program and to provide the tools necessary to build
a program around your physical activity, interests,
your motivators, and equipment owned or to be
purchased.
Nutrition Plans:
Personal nutrition plan designed from your
Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)
& Activity Calories. The numbers
calculated will become your base line figures used to put together your personal
nutrition plan properly balanced with proteins, carbohydrates, and fats, and
will serve as your menu of nutrients to get you where you want to be with your
health and fitness.
Fit Wedding and Ever After:
Get ready for your wedding by adapting a
healthy fit lifestyle before and after your special day
and for ever after!!! A consultation and assessment are
necessary to begin this journey and will help with your
decision of what plan you would love to begin before
your very special wedding day.

Career Physical Agility Test Prep:
A fitness program catered to successful
completion
of
those occupations which require completion of a physical
agility test. Tests of this nature generally
require a challenge to the aerobic and anaerobic
systems, and utilize tests such as
long distance run, sprints, dead weight dummy drags,
climbing, core strength, and overall physical strength.
Sensitive/At Risk Fitness:
Have you been struggling alone with emotional eating
disorders or body image issues? Are your medical issues
preventing you from seeking help to get healthy? A
consultation to discuss these very sensitive, and often
emotionally trying issues is necessary to figure out
together the best course of action to get you moving in
a healthy positive direction.
Limited Physical/Injury:
Have you been injured and feel unable & unmotivated to
exercise? A consultation is necessary to be our guide to
your program, and provide you a new outlook on how to

Sports Massage Stretch:
Sports Massage is a
form of massage which utilizes specific strokes and
stretches pre and post event. I utilize the
stretching aspect of Sports Massage technique to assist
you with increased flexibility, range of motion,
increased physical performance, and overall health.
This segment can be added on after your personal
training session or become your flexibility maintenance
program.

fitness and nutrition for group settings. I make this fun and interactive for
your company employees or guests.
Host a Stay Healthy
Nutrition Workshop:
Intimate small group gathering that is hosted. I will
talk
about the what, when, and how to eat healthy and demonstrate
healthy cooking to sample. Fun time, Fun Conversation,
Fun Fitness!!
Limited to 20 attendees per workshop. Host is free and
must have a large kitchen area for
demonstration/teaching.
